Requirements Must be certified by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) International or the Steel Tank Institute (STI). Restrictions Falsifying license application. Falsifying reports. Revocation by another agency. School Located in Wyoming Contact NACE International or STI for training information. License Cathodic Protection Testers are licensed in Wyoming by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). Examination Examinations are conducted by NACE International and STI. Fees None.
